Fellow Academy of General Dentistry

AGD offers Fellowship (FAGD) awards to members who truly go above and beyond in their learning. To earn a Fellowship award, a dentist must complete at least 500 continuing dental education hours, pass a rigorous and comprehensive exam, and maintain AGD membership for three continuous years. This leadership development program was created by Stephenie Goddard, executive vice president at Glidewell. Goddard was inspired to develop the program after noticing a shift in dentistry. As of 2019, approximately 50% of dental school graduates are women. Guiding Leaders empowers this new generation of women to become leaders in their profession. This elite training program combines online and classroom courses that cover various topics, including emotional intelligence, finances, and goal setting.

International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics

The Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics is an honorary service organization whose mission is to foster interdisciplinary education in facial esthetics.
