Dr. McMahon and her team are amazing! I wanted to get a crown on my implant replaced because the crown was not the correct shape or size and overall looked funky in my mouth. In addition, the tooth next to it was awkwardly short, which I figured I just needed to deal with as it was my natural tooth. Dr. McMahon suggested a treatment plan that would not only correct the crown, but also fix the strangely short tooth next to it. It turned out beautifully! It looks completely natural. They also suggested whitening, which I was worried about the possibility of it looking too fake, but that is not the case at all. The hygienist are so sweet and personable. I highly recommend Esthetic Dentistry and trust me, you do need a dentist who specializes in esthetics.

I have been having significant issues with decay and failed root canals, ill fitting and ugly crowns. When my previous dentist told me I needed a 4th root canal on the same tooth, I decided to seek out another opinion and found Dr. McMahon and her team through research and recommendations. I started my total mouth restoration 11/25. We have just completed my bottom arch restoration 1/26. The process is not without discomfort at times. I have to wait for 2 extractions on my upper arch to heal before implants can be placed. Looking forward to getting my upper arch completed. My teeth look very natural and truly beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend Dr. McMahon and her team.

They helped me be much more confident with my smile and overall talking with people. I got 4 teeth replaced with veneers and some whitening done and the entire staff made it an extremely easy process with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. Before coming to Esthetic Dentistry, I was trying invisalign and it wasn’t for me. Getting veneers was a much quicker and easier process, and the only thing I would’ve changed would be to have gotten them earlier.

I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and they are flexible with appointment times. Dr. Stein did an amazing job. I had veneers placed on my two front teeth. She took her time to match my shade and shape with my other teeth perfectly. I am very particular with my teeth and I absolutely love my new smile. I highly recommend Dr. Stein for cosmetic dental work.

I came to Esthetic Dentistry Pittsburgh after a traumatic tooth injury, with really no idea where to turn. After seeing Dr. McMahon, I finally found someone who made me feel like I was in good hands. After such a long journey of healing my teeth after the accident and getting my teeth straighter than they were before, my teeth actually ended up looking better than they did before the accident. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and I am super thankful I ended up here.

I came here for anterior veneers and I’m extremely happy with the final result. I’m very picky about my teeth and my smile, and these look natural, balanced, and exactly in the aesthetic lane I was hoping for. Dr. Chelsea Stein was outstanding throughout the veneer process. She did the actual hands-on work—prepping, shaping, managing the provisionals, and dialing in my bite and the overall look. She has a very steady hand, a great eye for detail, and she clearly takes pride in her work. Her assistant, Becky, was also excellent—organized, gentle, and technically very solid. She helped keep long appointments smooth and made the whole experience a lot more comfortable. One thing I’d say for anyone considering this kind of treatment is: it’s a complex, multi-step process. The ceramist also deserves a lot of credit: the veneers have realistic texture and translucency and don’t look flat or fake. It feels like my teeth, just significantly upgraded. He actually reproduced certain details from the original teeth. Overall, I’m thrilled with the result and very grateful for the care and skill that went into it. I think Dr. Chelsea Stein is a very talented dentist, and with the lab behind her, you’re in very good hands if you’re considering veneers.

Very nice and helpful staff, procedures were very quick and straightforward. They gave me an intricate health plan at the beginning too that outlined all of my operations in a transparent and easy way to understand.
